I was surprised yesterday when a friend of mine visited me in my house after not seeing him for a long time. They migrated a long year ago and he came back to our country and visited me. We had a long conversation and he told me about his cruises and he is also inviting me to have a travel with him and his family. He told me that he will come back next month and I hope that my boss will allow me to have a vacation leave so that I can join my friend’s family for a travel.

My younger sister is a dedicated employee of a company near our house. She is very responsible in her work and she was awarded as most dependable employee for three consecutive years. My younger sister is in the administration department in human resources department specifically. She is the one who handles the promotions of every employee.
In the company that my sister work with, employees will start in a contractual status for six months before they will be promoted as a regular employee. Before an employee will be regularized, my sister will have to review all his backgrounds first and check all his Public Records. My sister wil be the last administration officer to handle an employee before he get regularized. The company needs employees whom they can trust and they can be sure about his personality and my sister know how important it is. The company gives lots of beneits and privileges to regular employees so the company must know well on whom they are giving these benefits and privileges.

Education is really important to each one of us and we can never take for granted the fact that we are studying in school to have a descent job afterwards. A friend of mine who just graduated this year is looking for jobs in Austin and I want to help him with that. He was a good student in school and now he deserve to find a job that will fit his qualifications. Good luck is all we can give to new graduates and I hope they will all succeed in finding a job for themselves.

It is true that our life is a journey and in this journey, we should always be the first on each races. Life in this world looks like a matter of survival today. We are like horses that always compete to become the first to reach the finish line. Our finish lines are the goals we set in our lives. These Horse Races can be compared to our journey in life. Nobody can drive our lives unlike the horses but we ourselves are our own drivers.
In this life, we should always be strong to face the challenges that crosses our ways. Just like when we have our own business, we should be on top of the competition and our business must be well-known to everyone in the area of the business. There are lots of people who already proved themselves to the world and they are the ones who succeed and they are the ones who also reached the finish line first but we can also get into it as our journey continues.

Loosing a job today is really hard because our jobs are the only thing that can help us survive. This is how my friend interpret the meaning of job for him. His contract with the company he is working with had expired and he needs to search for jobs in Boston again. He was a contractual worker before in that company and when his contract end, he will definitely have to find another job.

At last, after several times that my youngest brother continually requesting to my father to build a swimming pool in our backyard, he finally granted his request. We now have swimming pool in our backyard and my father also bought pool floats for my youngest brother. He was so happy after having that swimming pool and he promised to us that he will do good in school as his thanks to our father.

My mother got home early last night and she told us that it is really best for us to have life insurance. She told us about what happened to one of her clients. The couple with three kids had an accident and they both died with that accident. Their kids will no longer have their parents and their parents left them nothing but their house. It will ge difficult for those kids to survive on their own. Because of these, she asked me to find life insurance quotes for us as soon as possible.
