My younger sister is a dedicated employee of a company near our house. She is very responsible in her work and she was awarded as most dependable employee for three consecutive years. My younger sister is in the administration department in human resources department specifically. She is the one who handles the promotions of every employee.

In the company that my sister work with, employees will start in a contractual status for six months before they will be promoted as a regular employee. Before an employee will be regularized, my sister will have to review all his backgrounds first and check all his Public Records. My sister wil be the last administration officer to handle an employee before he get regularized. The company needs employees whom they can trust and they can be sure about his personality and my sister know how important it is. The company gives lots of beneits and privileges to regular employees so the company must know well on whom they are giving these benefits and privileges.
