A goal can be met by a single person but I bet, he deed it with more difficulties and trials. Things are better be done with the help of others. In meeting a goal, it requires team work specially in a company. There should always be a communication, coordination and cooperation. With you and your team helps one another, there is no goal you can’t achieve. The success of a company is done by all persons in the company that plays their different roles in achieving a certain goal.
