Navajo Heroes

A friend of mine have been working for a company for several years now. I know he wants to get in the management position since he enter the company. He is in the organizational development department in the company. Organizational leadership is what his duty all about. To be able to get in the management position, I told him to have study again and have Masters in organizational leadership since he already studied Masters in organizational development. The Organizational Leadership has much to Organizational Development professionals and I know how his career will improve after mastering the organizational leadership.
